Managed the full process from engineering and design, HOA approvals, city permits, trade coordination, to final city sign-off.

Managed design selection, permit pull, all trade coordination, and delivery.

Managed as superintendent for Wardell Builders — one of San Diego's top custom home builders. Full interior remodel including new decking, bifold doors, complete waterproofing, new plumbing and electrical throughout, full smart home integration, and custom Beerail staircase fabricated out of state and installed on-site. Managed all subcontractors from bid to punch list, maintained detailed budget tracking and schedule updates, and delivered consistent progress reports to the homeowners throughout the build. Project completed in 12 months.

Luxury Coastal Remodel

Small in footprint, uncompromising in finish. This beachfront vacation home for an LA family was a complete remodel from the studs out — two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, and all common areas. Smooth trowel texture throughout, Spanish-style bookmatched slab feature in the guest bath, and only the highest-end materials made the cut. The kind of project where every detail matters more than the square footage. Completed in 10 months.

Investor Flip · Full Remodel

An investor brought me this property with a clear goal — remodel it right and sell it. I hired the designer, assembled the entire subcontractor team, built the budget from scratch, and ran the job start to finish. Seven bathrooms remodeled with marble walls and floors throughout. The kitchen was gutted and rebuilt with Italian imported cabinetry and a cantilever window. A European imported entry door replaced the original. New engineered hardwood flooring throughout. Every room updated with new doors, finishes, lighting, and smart switches integrated into an Alexa-connected home system. The investor sold it after completion.
